How long does it take for a book to arrive from a Commonwealth Catalog (ComCat) library?

Answer

A book requested from the Commonwealth Catalog (ComCat) generally takes 4-7 days to arrive. You can check the status of the request on the ComCat site. You will be notified via email when it has come in, and it will be available for pick-up at the Jenks Library circulation desk. Please have your Gordon ID card ready, and tell the circulation desk attendant you are here to “pick up a book on hold.”  Books requested from ComCat have a 28-day loan period and are NOT able to be renewed.
